Orchid Day Spa is located in the heart of the CBD, in a quiet European style laneway. From the moment you enter our facility you will feel at ease with our friendly service. We have many services to suit any individual and offer a number of Spa Packages.

YOUR APPOINTMENT
To ensure that you and all our clients receive the best possible service, please ensure that you arrive on time for your appointment. As this time has been reserved for you, late arrival will mean that your treatment time will be cut short. We will, however, require that you pay in full.

You will be required to pay a 50% deposit or provide credit card details in order to secure your booking. This deposit is refundable if due notice of 24 hours cancellation is given.

WHAT TO WEAR
Choose comfortable clothing. Spa attire and a locker for your personal belongings will be provided to you. Underwear is required for all treatments and swimwear for body wraps and water therapies. Disposable underwear is also available.

VALUABLES
Lockers will be provided for your personal items, however we recommend all valuables be left at home.

MOBILE PHONES
For the comfort of all patrons, please switch off your mobile phone whilst in the treatment area.
