Timing
All orders are sent via Australia Post to ensure fast & safe delivery to your door.
We’re happy to offer Free Express Shipping on orders over $75 AUD.
Most orders will ship out within 24-48 hours of ordering (excluding weekends and public holidays). Your order will be shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery.
During sale and promotional periods, please allow additional days for processing your order due to high volume of orders. Orders placed during a sale or promotion, can take up to 14 days. We endeavour to dispatch as quickly as possible, but please be patient.
Orchid Day Spa endeavours to get your order to you as fast as possible. The delivery times outlined above are approximate. We hope that deliveries can get to you at the earliest part of the window, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. strikes, natural disasters etc.)
Tracking
If you need us to track your parcel, or help estimate on approximate arrival time more closely - please contact us.
Delivery
If for some reason, you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification card in your mail box, and you will be able to pick up your parcel from your nearest Australia Post Office.
Orchid Day Spa does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been signed for & delivered.
