Cancellations and changes policy

Credit card details are to be provided at the time of booking. By giving these details you agree to our terms and conditions policies.

24-48 hours (depending on the size of the booking - larger groups require at least 48 hours notice) for cancellation or changes is required. If 24-48 hours notice is not given, the full amount of the treatment/s will be charged to the card provided.

We understand that unexpected emergencies occur and are out of your control, although it is also out of our control. We appreciate as much notice for cancellations or rescheduling as possible with 24-48 hours being the minimum.

Please call us if you are running late, we will do our best to still fit you in providing we have the capacity. However, if we are back to back, unfortunately your treatment may have to be shortened. We ask you to be here at least 15 mins prior to your Spa appointments to ensure we have ample time to get you ready for your treatments.

Gift vouchers

Our gift vouchers are valid for 3 years. If however it is just outside this time, we may still be able to honour the voucher outside of our peak times. Please ask us for more information. We require 24-48 hours notice (depending on the size of the booking - larger groups require at least 48 hours notice) for cancellations or changes, if 24-48 hours notice is not provided, the gift voucher will become void.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Refunds for change of mind are not accepted.

Payment

We accept payment via EFTPOS, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX or Cash. A 1.5% service fee applies to all EFTPOS and credit card payments (including Tap & Go). A surcharge applies on Sundays and all public holiday bookings.
